The JMT Leadership Game workshop brought insight into our team. We thought it sparked dialogue that would not typically be spoken in daily conversation. It was nice to hear everyone’s thoughts on certain topics. We realized that we do a great job of communicating the “bigger picture” for our department and we had a lot of the same ideas as to how to make our department better or continue on the right path.
