DIRK BAKHUYZEN

I am an Executive Coach, Company Leadership Trainer and Small Business Consultant Certified by the John Maxwell Team. I help people become better at their respective roles. I help companies systematize and develop process' to ensure company and net profit goals. I love Leadership training, developing roles and helping teams achieve their goals.

I taught leadership and how to develop systems and process' at PROCARE Landscape Management/ CHOP Tree Service over my 27-year career. During that time, I led the Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals as President, served on the board of the Michigan Nursery Landscape Association, acquired the honor of Advanced Master Gardener Volunteer and became a LEED Accredited Professional with GBCI. I won 12 awards from 1989-2015 for Outstanding Landscape Management from Local, State and National Associations.

In 2015 I sold my Landscape/Tree Service companies to my sons and began to Coach, Train and Consult after Certification.

My ideal client is a small business owner in the service business. I relate well to that client because of my experience in the service industry. My objective is unique because I not only strive to create a healthy bottom line for the owner but also strive to develop the leaders within the company. That may seem like a broad description but once I hone in on your individually unique challenges the  solutions become apparent.
